With BankID on mobile, you no longer need to use the code generator to log into online banking. You can easily access your banking info from your phone.
Mobile BankID should be activated in your bank before you can use it. If you experience problems with that, please contact your bank.
HOW DO I START WITH BANKID?
Bank-ID is only available for current Mycall customers that had activated their BankID (only until August 2022). If is the case, you need to have a SIM card that supports mobile BankID.
If you have orderer a new SIM card after August 2022, Bank-ID will not be available for you.
HOW TO USE MOBILE BANKID
On a certain website, you can choose to use "BankID for mobile phones" to login or in other services.
The website will ask you to enter your mobile number and / or date of birth. Once you have done this, the reference code will appears.
The website sends a message to the SIM card in your mobile and asks you to confirm the selected service in that certain website. The message also contains reference code. You should verify that this was the same reference code that appeared before.
You confirm the transaction by entering your self-selected PIN for mobile BankID (four to eight digits).
SIM card sends an approval back to the website, that gets your identity verified.
If verification is successful, you can finish a selected service on the certain website. This may be logging onto internet banking or making a payment.

On BankID his website you can find all banks that support BankID for mobile phones.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO USE BANKID?
Mobile BankID service in Norway is free for all Mycall customers.
