Try the following:
- Check that you have balance or other content (MIN, SMS, MMS, MB) in your package.
If you have low balance – switch your mobile data off.
- Switch the phone off and on.
- Go to SMS settings on your phone. Check that the number to SMS central (SMSC) is +4747919000.
- Take out the SIM card and put it into another phone. This will help you see if the problem is related to your phone or to your SIM card.
