You can pick up the SIM card at Narvesen, 7-eleven or YX/7-eleven on the same day. Remember to have a valid ID with you.

Remember that the SIM card will be sent to your address registered at the National Registry (Folkeregisteret). You need to make sure we have the correct address registered on your subscription - this can also be done on My Pages.

NOTE: You will lose all information stored on your SIM card when you replace it. Thus it would be smart to copy your contacts to the phone before you change the SIM card. You can also activate the new SIM card on My Pages.
