PIN & PUK

If you have lost or forgotten your PIN or PUK codes, log in to My Pages or contact our Customer Service at 06160.

Incorrect PIN CODE

If you have entered your PIN incorrectly 3 times, you have to enter the PUK code to open the phone. The PUK can be found on My Pages. After you have entered your PUK code, you will be prompted to enter a new PIN code 2 times.

CHANGING PIN CODE

The way you change the PIN code depends on what kind of phone you are using. Check the user guide for your mobile. You should change the PIN code as soon as you start using your SIM card the first time.

ERROR MESSAGE AFTER ENTERING PIN

Your phone could be locked to your previous network provider. Contact them to get it opened.

WRONG PUK NUMBER FIVE TIMES

If PUK code gets blocked after entering wrong PUK number five times – you need a new SIM card. Order new SIM card on My Pages.
