Transferring your number to Mycall

You are welcome to transfer your current number to Mycall. It takes a minimum of 5 working days after we have received your order.

Once we receive your order we will send you a letter with your new SIM card from Mycall. The letter will state the date and time when the new SIM card will be activated and ready to be used.

Your current subscription will be active until the number is actually transferred to Mycall. It is not possible to port the cancelled number or a number registered on somebody else’s name. If you are not sure what name your subscription is registered on, please consult your current mobile operator before you order porting.

NB! Both SIM cards will be active for a short period around porting time, but you may experience difficulties receiving calls to your old SIM card.

Once you have started using your new SIM card from Mycall and made sure that you have transferred your contact list and other important information, you can dispose your old SIM card.
