Right of withdrawal and complaints

Right of withdrawal

Provided that the service is sold outside of a permanent establishment, including through active telephone sales or via the Internet, the customer may terminate the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation form. The cancellation form will be sent together with customer's order.

Brukerklagenemnda

EU complaint portal (ODR)

The EU complaint portal ODR can also be used for complaints about goods / services purchased online. This is particularly relevant if the consumer is resident in another EU / EEA country. See https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. If you have to file a complaint via the EU complaint portal, you must fill in this e-mail address in the complaint form: kundeservice@mycall.no.
