Order here if you have a D-number or Personal number. If you don't have one, visit a retail store and buy the starter package. Bring your ID with you.


We transfer your number to Mycall and make the necessary arrangements. If you don't have one, you can order a new one with us.


Your mobile plan will be activated at the required time chosen by you. If you order a new number, it will be activated at the moment you insert the new SIM card in your phone.

Rollover data

Rollover data lets you transfer unused data to the next month, for as long as you want. As a maximum, you can roll over the same amount of data as you have in your mobile plan. This service is included in all our subscriptions.

This is not a problem at all. When you order Mycall EU+, you can choose “keep existing number”.

If you don´t have a D-number or Personal number, you can´t order at yet as you need to verify your identity before you buy a SIM card (or a new phone number).

Visit a retail store near you (7 Eleven or Narvesen), bring your ID and ask for the Mycall starter package.

The starter package includes a form with your new SIM card. Fill in the form, and show your passport or ID to the store manager, and you can get your SIM card ready for activation. Follow the instructions of your starter package, activate your new SIM and order Mycall EU+ at

If you choose to pay with bank card - paying with your Visa/ Mastercard (like you do with other online subscriptions), you pay upfront. This means that a monthly fee is withdrawn from your bank card (or from your bank account) and you only pay for your monthly consumption. No extra cost will be charged.

If you run out of data, you won´t be able to use any data. Your mobile data will stop to avoid any charges. But you can always buy extra data.
