Main SIM

This is the primary SIM card connected to your mobile subscription. It is used for all services such as calls, SMS, MMS, and data.

Extra SIM

(This service is also called Twin/Triple SIM) This is an addition to the main SIM card. It allows you to use the same mobile subscription on another device, such as a tablet or an additional mobile phone. The Extra SIM shares the same phone number and data quota as the main SIM.

This is a new SIM card that you receive when your old SIM card is lost, stolen, or damaged. It will replace the existing SIM card while retaining the same phone number and subscription.

When you order a replacement SIM card, you need to choose whether you want to replace the main SIM card or the additional SIM card. This is important because the new SIM card will deactivate the old card it replaces. For example, if you choose to replace the main SIM card, the old main SIM card will stop working, while the additional SIM card will continue to work as before.
