How to earn MyPoints

For each friend you refer, you both receive 500 MyPoints, which equals 500 NOK.

The person being referred also gets a great deal on a mobile subscription on our website. All active Mycall customers can refer.

Refer 5 friends and get an extra bonus

You will of course receive 500 MyPoints for each friend you refer, and in addition you will get an extra bonus when you have referred five friends. You can refer as many as you want.

What can you use MyPoints for in the app?

You can use MyPoints to pay for:

  • Your mobile plan
  • Data packages
  • International calling minutes

Referral Program FAQ

Mycall’s referral program allows you to invite friends and family to become Mycall customers.

When they join, both you and your friend receive 500 MyPoints.

All active Mycall customers can refer.

Open the Mycall app

  • Go to MyDeals and select MyFriends
  • Choose who you want to send to from your contact list
  • Send an SMS invitation

Please note that your friend must have a Norwegian phone number. Foreign numbers are not supported.

You receive an SMS link from an existing Mycall customer. If you order a mobile subscription via the link and start using it, both of you receive 500 MyPoints.

For every fifth friend you refer, you receive an extra bonus. Activate it in the app.

No. The same person or phone number can only be referred once within a 12-month period.

No. You cannot refer yourself or numbers you own.

No. MyPoints cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account.

Yes. MyPoints expire 36 months after being earned. If you terminate your subscription, you lose your points.

Yes. Mycall may change the value if needed. Any changes will be communicated in the app or on the website.
