As a Mycall customer, you can use your phone as usual in almost any country. When you arrive abroad, you’ll receive an SMS with information on how to make calls.
To use your phone while traveling, you need to have balance. This applies to all our plans, whether paid via bank card or cash. It’s a good idea to top up your balance before you go.
Mycall customers with prepaid plans must have a minimum of 10 NOK in balance to use their phone abroad.

If you’re using a prepaid SIM card and traveling abroad, there are a few details to keep in mind:
In countries without Camel or VoLTE roaming support, prepaid customers will not be able to make outgoing calls. However, incoming calls, SMS, MMS, and data traffic are not affected.
Camel (Customized Applications for Mobile network Enhanced Logic) is a technology in mobile networks that supports advanced services, particularly for prepaid customers. It allows mobile operators to offer and manage services across networks, which is crucial for roaming.
