You can update your address and personal details by logging into My pages .
Mycall is required to share number information with directory services (1881.no, Gulesider.no, etc.). Information shared with these directory services will then be searchable by everyone. If you do not want your information to be shared with directory services, you must opt out when you become a customer or change it later in My Pages. Such an opt-out is free of charge.
- Name, address, and mobile number are initially available in public directory services
- The information will then be searchable based on individual lookups
- However, the subscription can be opted out from listing in directory services at no cost
Ownership Transfer for Existing Customers
To assume ownership, you need:
- For postpaid subscriptions:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a registered address in Folkeregisteret
- a credit check
- For prepaid subscriptions:
- Be at least 15 years old
Important to know:
- After the transfer, the new owner will receive a new customer account and customer number.
- Any additional services will not be transferred to the new account and must be added manually.

Ownership Transfer for New Customers
New customers wishing to transfer their number to Mycall can contact our customer service at 06160 for assistance.
Ownership Transfer in Case of Death
It is only possible to transfer a number to the person listed as the user of the number. Exceptions are made if the registered user is under 18 years old; in this case, a legal guardian of the child may assume ownership of the subscription.
Right of Withdrawal
If you purchased the service outside of a fixed business location, such as through phone sales or online, you can cancel the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal form is sent along with your order.

European Online Dispute Resolution Portal
If you want to file a complaint about goods or services purchased online, you can use the EU's ODR portal, especially if you reside in another EU/EEA country. Visit https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Use the email address kundeservice@mycall.no when filling out the complaint form.
Reservation Against Directory Listings
A reservation against the publication of your phone number means that your number will not be searchable in directory services (e.g., 1881.no, gulesider, 180.no).
You can easily reserve your number by logging into My Account. Go to "Personal Information" and select "No" under "Phone Book."

Please note that it may take up to 6 weeks for the change to be updated with the various directory services.
