Request account deletion

Fill out the form to send a request for account deletion. One of our customer consultants will contact you promptly.

By submitting this request, you request that your account and number be deactivated and all associated personal data to be deleted, unless we are required by law to retain it (e.g., for billing or regulatory reasons).

Important: If you wish to keep your phone number, do not request deletion here. To keep your number, you must instead order a new subscription with another provider, and they will move the number for you. If you proceed with this deletion request, your mobile number will be terminated and lost.
