If the repair is covered by a warranty or right of complaint, it will cost you nothing.
If the damage is not covered by a warranty or right of complaint, you will receive an estimate that must be approved before the repair is carried out.
When you register a service case, you will receive a prepaid return label by email that you can print out and take to your nearest delivery point. You will also receive a unique return code by SMS that can be entered at the delivery point to help you print the return label.
You can find a list of the nearest PostNord delivery points here.
The phone is sent as a parcel to our service partner. Make sure that the phone is packed and sent properly, as you are responsible for the shipment. You will not always get back the same packaging that you sent in. If you want to keep the original packaging, you must pack the product in different packaging.
Deliver the parcel to a PostNord delivery point. Ask for a receipt and keep this until you receive confirmation by SMS that the parcel has been received from our service partner.
Yes, you can! Once you've registered your service case, you'll get access to a service portal where you can request a temporary replacement phone. Estimated delivery time for replacement phones is 7-14 days, so we recommend that you wait to send in your phone until you have received the replacement phone.
It's hard to say exactly how long time it takes. Your mobile is sent for repair before it's fixed, with any spare parts ordered, before it's sent back.
Usually it only takes a few working days from the time it arrives at the repair centre before it is sent back to you. You can follow the status of the service from: (order number and password from your service printout).
We have an agreement with an authorised service partner to repair your phone.
User data stored on the phone will in most cases be deleted during a repair, so we recommend that you make a backup of your phone before sending it in. Our service partners have strict guidelines for handling user data, but we still recommend that you delete all user data before sending in your phone.
Yes, in order for the technician to be able to troubleshoot and repair your phone, screen lock and phone locks such as ‘Find My iPhone’ must be switched off before the phone is sent in.
If you need to send an ear product in for service, it is important to clean it before shipping.
You can use a dry cloth, cotton swabs, or similar items to gently clean the product without damaging the mesh. AirPods and other earbuds are considered hygiene products. If the product is received with earwax or dirt, it may be returned without service, and you may be charged for cleaning.
The customer must make a backup and reset the device before returning it as far as possible. If this is not done, data may be deleted as part of the service handling. Neither the service partner nor Telia is responsible for deletion or loss of data on the device. Personal data is protected in accordance with EU legislation and will only be disclosed to third parties to the extent necessary to carry out repairs and/or perform ordered services. Damage caused to the product after the time of purchase (e.g. fall and crush damage, water damage) is not covered by warranty. If the repair is not covered by warranty or right of complaint, a price estimate will be prepared for the repair, which must be covered by the customer. The service(s) will be carried out at the agreed price, as far as it is feasible. Please note that backups cannot always be performed. In the event of a discrepancy, the service partner will provide a new price estimate and release the customer from the original order. If the customer has not responded to a written notification and more than three months have passed since the notification of completion of the customer's phone was given, the retailer can sell the customer's phone and cover its claim from the sales price. There is a 3-month right of complaint on services performed.
