MyPoints: a Bonus for Being Our Customer
MyPoints is Mycall's own currency. You collect points and spend them like money. 1 MyPoint is 1 krone. No complicated tables or calculations.
You can use MyPoints to pay for your mobile subscription, data packages, international minutes, or to save on your next purchase in our webshop. Your balance is always visible in the app and on My Pages, and points are valid for three years.
Refer a Friend and Earn 500 MyPoints
Do you know someone who is paying too much for their mobile subscription? Or someone new to Norway who needs a plan that works from day one? Now you can recommend something you know works.
In the app you find "Refer a friend" in the menu. Send an invitation directly to your friend's phone number, or share a link. When your friend becomes a Mycall customer, you both get 500 MyPoints (worth 500 kroner), which you can spend when you shop with us. For every fifth friend you refer, you get an extra bonus on top.
A good tip is to send your friend a message about the referral, with a short explanation of why you think Mycall suits them. That way they know the invitation is real and comes from you.
