All our mobile subscriptions are prepaid using a bank card, Visa, or Mastercard. This way, you avoid receiving a phone bill later and always have full control over your mobile usage. You can easily enter your bank card details on My Account or in the app. When purchasing a mobile subscription online, you will need to enter your bank card details during the ordering process.
Purchase of Mobile Subscription with Vipps
All our mobile subscriptions can be paid for using Vipps Fast Payment! After you have selected your mobile subscription, choose Vipps as your payment method. You will then be redirected to the Vipps website. There, enter your mobile number, or the number of the person who will pay for the subscription. Finally, the Vipps app will open, and you can complete the payment.
Changing Mobile Subscription
When changing to a different mobile subscription, it is important that you approve the change in the Vipps app. You can do this by clicking on the link you receive via SMS. If you do not approve the change, you will lose the mobile subscription at the next renewal.
Overview of Agreements and Payments
You can view all your agreements in the Vipps app. Additionally, you can track all payments for your mobile subscription in both the Vipps app and the Mycall app.
You can change between Vipps and bank card as a payment method at mycall.no/login under “Payment details”. Please note that it is not possible to change payment method during the last three days before renewing your mobile subscription.
On the first invoice, we bill the first two months at once, i.e. the month in which you became a customer, as well as the upcoming month. Starting from the second invoice, you will already receive only one monthly payment on the invoice. Remember that you only pay for the days you used the subscription. This means that if, for example, you order a subscription on the 15th of the month, you will only pay half of the monthly fee. You will then receive only half of the included minutes for calls, SMS/MMS and data.
The reason for this is usually the use of services that are not included in the monthly fee:
Calls to special numbers (e.g. 5-digit numbers)
Content services (such as parking or SMS polls). Read more about content services her.
- Used more than what is included in your mobile subscription
- Use abroad
- See page two of your invoice for a full overview of your mobile usage. You can also see call specification at My pages.
If you forget to pay the invoice, you will receive a reminder from us by SMS, but if we have not received the payment within 2 weeks of the due date, a reminder fee of NOK 38 will be added. This amount will be added to the next invoice. If the invoice is not paid before the due date of the reminder, an additional fee of NOK 38 will be added to the next invoice.
If you have not paid either the invoice or the reminder by the due date, your subscription will be blocked with a closure fee of NOK 249, which will be added to the next invoice.
Invoice fee
If you receive a paper invoice by post, you will be charged an invoice fee of NOK 5 per invoice. To avoid invoice fees, you can choose to receive invoices by e-mail (you can do it on My Pages).
AvtaleGiro
AvtaleGiro is an automatic payment agreement where the bill is deducted directly from your account on the due date without you having to approve each payment.
eInvoice
eInvoice is a digital invoice that you receive and approve in your online bank before payment is made.
Vipps and eInvoice have joined forces to deliver eInvoices in the Vipps app, online banking and mobile banking.
For you as a customer, this means that you must activate the receipt of eInvoices in your online bank and in the Vipps app if you want to be able to receive it there.
All companies that offer eInvoices will automatically be able to send you bills in Vipps and in your online bank. You can opt out of individual companies in your online bank.
If you do not want an invoice in Vipps, you can turn this off in the app under “payment options”.
If we do not receive payment by the due date, a new invoice will be sent with a reminder fee.
Invoices that are not paid by the due date and repeated reminders will be transferred to debt collection. For the fastest possible reopening, the debt collection case must be paid via our invoice partner, Kredinor. On their site, you can log in with BankID to find the payment information you need.
If you have received a reminder or debt collection notice for something you have paid, you can disregard the notice or reminder.
If you have any questions in connection with debt collection, please contact Kredinor.
