Buy extra minutes or gigabytes
If you want to buy extra minutes or additional mobile data, you can do this via our website https://mycall.no/top-up – just enter your Mycall phone number, then choose either the amount you want to top up or the number of extra gigabytes. To pay, click the green “Checkout” button. After this, select your payment method – card or Vipps.
If you do not have a tariff plan, you can also purchase additional minutes or gigabytes. But in this case, all other mobile services will be unavailable to you. For example, if you buy 3GB of mobile internet without a tariff plan, you will not be able to make calls.
Please note! If you simply top up your balance and do not have a subscription, the prices for services are as follows: 0.59 NOK per minute to other operators, 0.59 NOK per SMS, 0.99 NOK per MMS, and 2.49 NOK per 1 MB of mobile internet.

No bank card and would like to pay in cash
If you still don’t have a Norwegian bank card but do have cash, you can top up your balance at Mycall stores or those of our partners.
- Buy a FlexiCard in Mycall stores or in the stores of our partners 7Eleven, Narvesen, Kiwi. Choose the amount you want to top up with FlexiCard. Sometimes you might simply get a receipt with a code printed on it (see photo below).
- Send an SMS to 06160 with the code printed on the card or on the receipt.
- Your balance will now be topped up with the chosen amount. You can buy a tariff plan, minutes, or gigabytes on the Mycall website or in the Mycall mobile app. Please note, if you do not buy a tariff plan, payment for minutes and megabytes will be charged according to the Mycall service prices.
- After topping up your balance, you can purchase a special tariff plan via SMS. Simply send the code indicating your preferred plan to 06160.
Pay for services via the Mycall mobile app
The Mycall mobile app is available in Ukrainian if your phone settings are set to Ukrainian.
To buy services in the app, go to the “Buy” section on the bottom menu.
- “Top up account” allows you to top up your balance using a bank card or Vipps.
- “Extra gigabytes” allows you to purchase extra gigabytes as needed using a bank card, Vipps, or by using money from your Mycall account balance. Note that you can buy extra gigabytes both when you have a prepaid tariff plan or when you do not have one. If you only buy gigabytes without a tariff plan, only mobile internet will be available, and you won't be able to make calls to other numbers.
- “Extra minutes” allows you to buy additional minutes for calls to the country of your choice. For example, you can select 100 extra minutes to Ukraine and pay for them via bank card, Vipps, or using your Mycall account balance.
- “Mobile plan” lets you purchase a mobile plan, including special offers for Ukrainians. Here you are offered two options: “Recurring Payment” and “One-off”.
1) The first option, “Recurring Payment” is a monthly subscription to the mobile plan you choose. To pick a special Ukrainian tariff, select the “Call to Ukraine” section and choose your desired mobile plan for the month. Please note, all mobile plans include unlimited calls to all Norwegian numbers, unlimited SMS and MMS within Norway and to all numbers worldwide, EU country roaming, and rollover of unused mobile data to the next month. Tariff plans differ in the number of minutes for calls to Ukraine, the number of minutes for calls to EU countries, and the amount of mobile data.
To subscribe to “Recurring Payment”, the system will ask you to link your bank card so that every month the payment for your chosen mobile plan is automatically deducted. Payment will be taken automatically only for your chosen plan; Mycall will not make any other charges to your card. You can unlink your card at any time by calling customer support.
“Recurring Payment” ensures your mobile plan is renewed automatically every month. For this, you need to link your bank card. Payment will only be taken for the chosen mobile plan; no extra charges will be applied. You can unlink your card at any time.
- 2) The “One-off” option allows you to purchase a mobile plan for a limited period – for a month. You can pay for services using a bank card, Vipps, or your Mycall account balance (meaning you can pay for this plan in cash – see information above). To choose a plan for Ukrainians, select “Call to Ukraine”, then pick your desired plan. Tariffs differ in the number of minutes for calls to Ukraine, EU countries, and the amount of mobile data.
Note that if you choose the “One-off” option, you purchase a mobile plan for one month. After 30 days, you will need to repeat your payment to keep your mobile services active.
You can buy a mobile plan even if you don’t have a bank card. To do this, choose the “One-off” option, which lets you make a one-time payment for a plan using your Mycall account balance. You can top up your balance with cash as described above. Please note that to maintain your mobile plan and mobile services, you will need to make a payment like this every month.
