If the phone/tablet experiences a problem within the warranty period, we are responsible for proving that the issue isn’t a defect (for example, self-inflicted damage).
We’ll cover shipping and inspection costs at the service center for any reported defects, even if it turns out there’s no issue that Mycall is responsible for.
If a defect is found, we’ll offer you a free loaner phone if the repair time is expected to be more than a week.
