What is Rollover minutes?

Rollover minutes works in exactly the same way as Rollover data. As the first mobile operator in Norway, we are now also letting you roll over unused international minutes to the next month, for as long as you want. You can maximum roll over the same amount of international minutes included in your mobile plan. The service applies to everyone who has Mycall Global.

What is Rollover data?

Rollover data lets you roll over unused data to the next month, for a long as you want. You can maximum roll over the same amount of data as you have in your mobile plan. This service is included in all our subscriptions.

How does Rollover data work?

    It’s activated automatically

    Nothing to think about – Rollover minutes & data is activated automatically! Rollover data is included in all our mobile plans, while Rollover minutes is included in Mycall Global.

    Save for as long as you want

    You can save unused minutes and data for as long as you want while you are a customer with us! If you change to a mobile plan with less minutes or data included, the savings will start from scratch.

    Save as much as you’ve got included

    You can save maximum the same amount of minutes and data as included in your mobile plan. Have a look at the examples with Marta and Ranjit below!

Example Rollover data – Marta from Poland

  • Marta has a mobile plan from Mycall with 1 GB included, but uses only 500 MB in September
  • We will automatically transfer the unused data of 500 MB to October, which is the next month
  • In the beginning of October, Marta has 1 GB + 500 MB = 1,5 GB data
  • If Marta doesn’t use any of the 1,5 GB in October, she can still only roll over 1 GB to November
  • You can maximum roll over the same amount of data as you have in your mobile plan (In Marta’s case, 1 GB)
  • This applies to both data packages and data included in the mobile plan

Example Rollover minutes – Ranjit from India

  • Ranjit has Mycall Global with 100 minutes to India, but uses only 50 minutes in January
  • We will automatically transfer the unused 50 minutes to February, which is the next month
  • In the beginning of February, Ranjit has 100 + 50 = 150 minutes to India
  • If Ranjit doesn’t use any of the 150 minutes to India, he can however only roll over 100 minutes to March
  • You can maximum roll over the same amount of international minutes included in your mobile plan (In Ranjit’s case, 100 minutes)
